Seven years since the last build and now on our third evolution together, Noosa Confidential engaged Studio Untitled for a top-to-toe rethink. This wasn’t just a visual update, it was a strategic transformation, designed to elevate the brand and position them as the leader in Australia’s luxury rehab and wellness space.
From new branding and a ground-up website to a bespoke CRM, photoshoot, marketing campaign, and detailed handover kit, we ensured every part of the Noosa Confidential experience felt cohesive, credible, and ready for the next chapter.






























When you’ve built a reputation around privacy, performance, and polish, every detail counts. This project delivered on all three, with a modernised brand and high-functioning digital ecosystem that reflects the level of care and excellence Noosa Confidential is known for.
A new brand identity, messaging, photography, social media strategy, website and CRM were all reimagined to elevate Noosa Confidential’s market position.
A full suite of assets, from Canva templates to campaign visuals, ensured the brand shows up consistently and confidently across every platform.
We implemented a custom CMS that allows the Noosa Confidential team to create landing pages, edit content, and manage site updates in-house with ease.
A fully integrated CRM system ensures every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and nurtured (without compromising on discretion).
With tailored ChatGPT prompt guides, email templates, social tiles and how-to documentation, the Noosa Confidential team can now manage and extend their digital presence independently.
Everybody who’s booked and paid has booked and paid in the last 12 days since the new website was up, so… I just want to thank you and the team. I’m excited for the next 3 to 6 months to really get momentum back again and recover from this year's slump!
