Tourism Port Douglas Daintree approached Untitled® with the challenge of rebranding their destination, with the aim of revitalising the tourism industry in the region. Through a strategic approach and utilising Roy Morgan's helix consumer data, we were able to develop a comprehensive rebranding plan that included co-operative marketing templates, member communication pieces and a brand new destination website.
Our team's mission was to create a brand narrative that would resonate with potential visitors, while promoting wellness and sustainability. We worked closely with the client to develop a consistent and authentic tone of voice that would truly capture the essence of the region.
The result was a brand identity that was approachable and relatable, yet still elegant and sophisticated. The co-operative marketing templates and member communication pieces were designed to ensure that all stakeholders were able to effectively market their brand to their respective target audiences. The new destination website, which incorporated the refreshed brand identity, offered an immersive and engaging experience for visitors, making it easier than ever to plan and book their dream holiday.
